Une galaxie « à matière noire » à été observée récemment, Dragonfly 44. Elle rayonne très peu dans le visible d’où l’hypothèse qu’elle soit composée de matière noire.
Topo de cette actualité qui passe par celle des trous noirs et des ondes gravitationnelles observées au LIGO : leur signature s’accorde avec l’hypothèse de la fusion de deux trous noirs.
On parlera de trous noirs primordiaux, et d’éventuelles nouvelles particules élémentaires…
